Reactive Dyeing
How It Works:
Reactive dyeing utilizes reactive dyes that form covalent bonds with cellulose fibers. This is achieved through a chemical reaction between the reactive groups on the dye and the hydroxyl groups on the cellulose fibers.
Benefits:
Reactive dyes provide exceptional colorfastness, resisting fading during washing and prolonged use. They are ideal for products such as towels, bed linens, and clothing where color durability is crucial.
Process:
Reactive dyeing typically requires a mild alkaline environment and temperatures between 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. The dyeing process can take 1 to 2 hours, depending on the color and fabric type.
Vat Dyeing
How It Works:
Vat dyeing uses dyes that are water-soluble and diffuse into the fiber under the influence of heat. This method is perfect for synthetic fibers like polyester.

Vat dyeing offers excellent resistance to fading and high heat, making it suitable for products requiring high technical standards or outdoor exposure.
Process:
This method requires high temperatures (up to 130 degrees Celsius) and high pressure to ensure the dye penetrates deeply and evenly into the fibers. This process takes place in a closed dyeing vat, where the dye is circulated and maintained at the necessary temperature and pressure.
